Reviews
Order Editing has been an incredibly helpful addition to our site experience. Since bringing it on, we’ve noticed a meaningful reduction in customer care tickets, especially around order updates, address changes and forgotten discount codes. The app is simple, intuitive, and makes things easier for both our team and our customers — a win-win...
110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.
