We're loving the SmartBot. It was a bit of a work to "train" it to understand our products and the strange questions our customers ask, lol, but once you put in the response you want, it does a fantastic job! This program saves us so many customer service inquiries. Some tips: Read the conversations so you can see what the bot is saying, then go in an "train" it to respond more appropriately. I highly recommend this app to take some load off your team.
So far, my experience with this app has been smooth. I still have to test it for a few more days to see if it performs as expected. However, sometimes there are some issues like, occasionally telling customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory, recommending products that are not necessarily our best sellers, or not answering to questions when prompted. Additionally, I feel that the order status answer is a bit limited because it could retrieve the estimated shipping times from the product pages but it doesn't. The value is also a bit higher than other available options, so one needs to see their options and decide :)
