Klaviyo Reporting & GA4 Transaction ID Control

Klaviyo campaign and flow reporting is now available directly in your analytics dashboard, built on the same architecture as your other channel reports for GA4, Meta, TikTok, and more. This release also introduces a redesigned marketing analytics reports UI, which you can try by selecting "Try New Reports Dashboard (Beta)."

Exploring the Reports

Your Klaviyo campaigns and flows now report through the same reporting layer that powers your other marketing channels. That means email and flow performance sits next to your paid and organic channels, using consistent metrics and a familiar structure rather than living in a separate tool.

To explore the updated experience, select "Try New Reports Dashboard (Beta)" to switch over and take the new interface for a spin.

How to Use Them

Email and flow performance often gets analyzed in isolation, separate from the paid and organic channels driving traffic to your store. That separation makes it harder to compare channels on equal footing or understand how Klaviyo fits into the bigger picture of your marketing.

By bringing Klaviyo into the same reporting architecture as your other channels, you can evaluate email and flows using the same metrics and views you already rely on. This gives you a single, consistent place to compare performance across every channel, rather than switching between tools and reconciling different reporting standards.

Choose Your GA4 Transaction ID Field

You can now select which order field GA4 uses as the transaction ID from the Server-side Conversion Tracking Settings modal. Choose from Order name, Order ID, or Order number, depending on how you want transactions identified in GA4. All setups default to Order ID.

This gives you control over how transactions line up with the rest of your reporting, so your GA4 data matches how you reference orders elsewhere.
