Post-Purchase Surveys, PMax Reporting & 404 Tracking

Analyzify now lets you ask customers how they found you, right after checkout. Survey responses appear alongside Analyzify's own first-touch and last-touch attribution data, giving you a direct comparison between what customers say and what your tracking data shows.

How Post-Purchase Survey Works

The Post-Purchase Survey appears immediately after a customer completes checkout. You can build custom questions, target specific audiences, and configure the survey to match the insights you're looking for.

Each survey tracks views, responses, and response rate, so you can see not just what customers are saying, but how engaged they are with the survey itself. Responses are then displayed side-by-side with Analyzify's tracked attribution, letting you validate whether your data-driven attribution aligns with how customers actually describe their journey.

Why It Matters

Attribution models rely on trackable touchpoints such as clicks, sessions, and UTM parameters. But not every channel leaves a digital footprint. A customer might discover your brand through a podcast, a friend's recommendation, or a physical event, and then arrive at your store by typing your URL directly. In your reports, that shows up as direct traffic, telling you nothing about what actually drove the purchase.

Self-reported attribution fills that gap. By asking customers directly, you capture the channels and moments that tracking can't see. Comparing those responses with your tracked data helps you understand where your attribution model is accurate, where it has blind spots, and which channels deserve more credit than your reports suggest.

Google Ads Performance Max Report

A new report gives you a channel-level breakdown of your Performance Max campaigns by network: Search, Display, YouTube, Google TV, Gmail, Discover, and Maps.

Google doesn't expose ad-group data for Performance Max, making it difficult to understand where your budget is actually going. This report surfaces the metrics that matter, including clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, conversion value, CTR, and average CPC, broken down per campaign and network, with preset filters and sorting to help you identify what's working.

GA4 404 Error Report

A new report helps you find broken links across your store by showing every page that returned a 404 error. For each hit, you can see the URL that triggered the error, the landing page and traffic source that sent the visitor there, and the sessions, users, and events affected.

Broken links don't just frustrate visitors. They waste crawl budget, hurt SEO, and can silently drain conversions if they sit on high-traffic pages. This report helps you catch and fix them before they cause lasting damage.
