Filemonk offers a free plan, free trial, and tiered paid options. The Free plan includes unlimited downloads, automatic email delivery, branding, 250MB uploads, and up to 50 orders/month. The Lite plan ($10/month) supports unlimited orders, 10GB uploads, download limits, custom email, PDF protection, and fraud/refund protection. The Plus plan ($20/month) includes all features with up to 100GB uploads. The Enterprise plan ($49/month) supports up to 1,000GB uploads, unlimited orders, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available for paid plans.
Reviews
So far this app has been easy to use and works well. Once I attach the file to the product advertised for sale, I do not have to do anything else. When a customer purchases the product the file is sent to them instantly. I tested it out by buying one of my products using a different email address and I received the file. So far I have not received any complaints from my customers so I feel assured that they have received the digital products that they purchased as well. I will definitely recommend that everyone selling downloadable products give this app a try. There are different levels of plans you can get and the prices are reasonable.
